T.I. Engineering
is glad to present PULSAR, the innovative station to control plastic phialoids.
PULSAR is able to detect any possible micro-hole in strips of plastic phialoids by using electrical field. The strips of phialoids, which must be filled with conductive liquid, run on the conveyor belt of the machine itself.
PULSAR is able to control strip of phialoids of any colour and dimension, but the liquid inside the phialoids must be electrically conductive.
The maximum guaranteed inspection frequency is 500 phialoids/minute.
Its mechanical and electrical features enable to easily insert PULSAR in any continuous production line.
The quality and performance data obtained by PULSAR can be easily integrated into traceability systems (for example into systems able to track the pharmaceutical labels) and/or in Plant Performance Optimization systems used to supervise and optimize production line efficiency.
The innovative system which allows to detect micro-holes is covered by both National and International patent and it allows to detect which phialoid in the strip is flawed.
PULSAR grew out of the cooperation between T.I. Engineering, that has been creating solutions for the pharmaceutical industry for long, and Farmigea S.p.A..
PULSAR mainly turns to the pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries which make a large use of plastic phialoids.
