T.I. Engineering develops and implements:

Depending on the complexity of the plant to be controlled, and bearing in mind the customer’s needs, T.I. Engineering creates control systems using:

• integrated systems (PLC plus PC plus SCADA)
• DCS

T.I. Engineering produces supervision systems by using SCADA systems.

T.I. Engineering has focussed its attention on the automation of chemical, pharmaceutical and biotechnological plants and is able to satisfy the customer’s demands fully, by working according to GxP (Good Manufacturing Practise, etc.).

Within the several fields and particularly in the pharmaceutical and chemical API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient) fields, the GxP system is applied to all the processes, and the documentation supplied complies with all required guidelines.

With regard to batch process T.I. Engineering complies with ISA S88.01 Batch Control Part 1 and the PLC programmes are compliant with the international standard IEC 1131-3.

T.I. Engineering supplies its customers with a documentationwhich demonstrates that its products comply with GAMP4.

T.I. Engineering supports its customers in project development detailed under “WORK CENTER INTEGRATION”. These projects concern the integration of MES/ERP/SAP on a single SCADA located in the production area.

Thanks to the experience acquired in the automation of chemical and pharmaceutical industry, T.I. Engineering can also act as a consultant for operations which concerns:

• planning of GAMP4 compliant control systems
• development and editing of documentation for the implementation of CSV (Computer System Validation)
• CSV implementation: drawing up of the CSV document
